• Clients have told us that four weeks is too long to have their key resources off site for training. We've developed a schedule that successfully achieves a high standard of instruction and training content that is delivered in three sessions with a total of 12 days for Black Belts or two sessions with a total of 7 days for Green Belts
• Many of our smaller to mid size clients don't have enough Black Belt candidates to justify a training program dedicated to the Black Belts. We've developed an approach that allows our clients to cost effectively train their Black Belts and Green Belts in joint sessions.
